Your New RoleThey are seeking a dedicated individual to join their Underwriting and Claims team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with senior underwriting, broking, claims, and legal representatives in the market. You will be responsible for organising and managing underwriting and claims committees, contributing to technical work, and supporting colleagues on various issues. This position involves a mix of in-office and home working, typically requiring three days in the office each week.What You Need to Succeed
- A good educational background
- Exposure to underwriting, broking, or compliance support in the London market is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to manage your workload, prioritise, organise, plan, and problem-solve
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Integrity, resilience, and accountability with a strong work ethic
- Ability to adjust to changes in the workplace and the wider London market
