New Vacancy - Claims Adjuster | PILloyd's Syndicate City of London

I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Professional Indemnity Claims Adjuster to join their team.

My client is looking for someone with 2+ years experience handling PI Claims within the London Market. Their portfolio consists of Construction, Solicitors, Architects, Engineers & more and the book is predominately UK business with exposure to the US and EMEA. The role will consist of Syndicate and Company Market business and the role may offer exposure to Cyber and Property too.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle PI related claims for the Syndicate from FNOL to settlement.
  • Lead in technical matters for lead files in the London Market.
  • Ensure delivery of top-notch claims service with constant communication with claims managers and underwriters.
  • Support underwriters in executing their underwriting strategy.
  • Attend events, meetings, and internal discussions to represent Professional Lines/Cyber claims department.
  • Supervise service providers involved in claims operations every day.
  • Help manage third-party administrators, including annual audits.
  • Aid in coverage issues and potential recoveries.
