- Adjusting claim settlements within your designated authority limit
- Escalating referrals to Senior Adjusters and Managers as required.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, loss adjusters and lawyers through the negotiation process.
- Handle all queries for brokers and clients or make appropriate referrals, when required.
- Support with technical admin such as ‘static claims’ whilst organising administrative services, maintaining records, and providing management information.
- Take ownership of the claims experience for underwriters, brokers, and clients.
