Claims Adjuster (US Property)

I'm currently working closely with a very well-regarded Lloyd's Syndicate on the appointment of a Claims Adjuster for their team in London. The Claims Adjuster will be focused on US Property, with a current bias towards Binders but a rapidly growing D&F book.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Property Claims in managing and overseeing claims.
  • Work closely with Brokers, Claims Agreement Parties, and Underwriting teams.
  • Instructing third party experts as required, ensuring relationships with business partners are maintained
  • Report and measure claims performance.
  • Conduct regular claims case reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor market developments and identify new technologies to enhance claims processes.

We're looking for individuals with previous US Property Claims experience and are open to carrier/MGA/broker/legal backgrounds.
