This highly renowned Charity is seeking an efficient individual to join their team of Administrators on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in SE1.
The role involves claims administration, call handling, and customer care, with a daily claims processing target of 70 claims.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar administrative role.
The position offers a hybrid working model after an initial training period of 4-6 weeks, transitioning to 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Based in SE1

12 month FTC

The role is very varied and you will be responsible for the following :-

Claims Admin - assessing and processing claims, updating policyholder records, maintaining a daily claims processing target of 70 claims a day
Call handling - responding to all calls from existing policy holders, actioning simple requests such as sending claim forms out
Customer care - ensure that all policyholders are satisfied with the service they receive

Initially whilst receiving training you will be in the office 5 days then after 4-6 weeks you will be in the office 3 days and 2 at home
