This highly renowned Charity is looking for a bright efficient individual to work in a team of Administrators.
Based in SE1
12 month FTC
The role is very varied and you will be responsible for the following :-
- Claims Admin - assessing and processing claims, updating policyholder records, maintaining a daily claims processing target of 70 claims a day
- Call handling - responding to all calls from existing policy holders, actioning simple requests such as sending claim forms out
- Customer care - ensure that all policyholders are satisfied with the service they receive
Initially whilst receiving training you will be in the office 5 days then after 4-6 weeks you will be in the office 3 days and 2 at home
