- Investigating liability
- Assessing indemnity and coverage position throughout the claim
- Managing cost of the claim
- Liaising with solicitors, barristers, accountants, insurance brokers and policy holders.
- 12 months prior experience in a similar claims handling role.
- Alternatively a paralegal or legal litigation background. You will be required to evaluate legal documents and be able to put reasoned arguments to legal professionals.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous Legal Expenses Insurance experience would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of the legal sector.
- Basic salary up to £30000.
