About the Role

A market leading insurance broker is seeking a Claims Technician with experience of ECF Claims processing.

They are looking for Claims Technician to join their Live Processing team. This is a key role that supports the fast growing production units, which places a diverse book of insurance and reinsurance business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and monitoring claims from first advice through to settlement
  • Liaising with the Insurance accounts department to ensure prompt payment of claims
  • Dealing with market, client and internal queries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with brokers on any major claim activity

Key Skills & Experience

Someone who is an excellent communicator who is adaptable and diligent, with experience in the claims environment and familiar with ECF. Familiarity with premium, accounts processing and the IMR would be helpful, but not essential.
