A leading player in the cyber insurance market is seeking a Cyber Claims Adjuster to join their expanding team in London. The firm has seen significant growth, known for its innovative approach to cyber insurance, and is looking for someone to manage a dynamic portfolio of claims.As a Cyber Claims Adjuster, you'll be responsible for managing around 40-50 cyber claims per month, delivering exceptional service to policyholders, brokers, and underwriters. You'll be collaborating closely with internal experts and a range of external specialists, including forensic, legal, and PR teams, to navigate complex claims and ensure the best outcomes for clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a portfolio of 40-50 cyber claims each month, offering guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside an in-house 24/7 claims and incident response team.
  • Collaborate with external experts to assess, investigate, and resolve claims.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA and Lloyd's).
  • Provide advice on claims management and risk mitigation strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 2-6 years of experience in cyber claims adjusting or a legal background (solicitors from the UK, Australia, or New Zealand are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of FCA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
