- Handle a portfolio of 40-50 cyber claims each month, offering guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Work alongside an in-house 24/7 claims and incident response team.
- Collaborate with external experts to assess, investigate, and resolve claims.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA and Lloyd's).
- Provide advice on claims management and risk mitigation strategies.
- 2-6 years of experience in cyber claims adjusting or a legal background (solicitors from the UK, Australia, or New Zealand are welcome).
- Strong understanding of FCA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
