You will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Lines Claims Adjusters, as well as handling an interesting and varied caseload including PI, D&O, FI and W&I claims. You will be capable of coaching and developing people's careers to ensure that they can deliver to the limit of their abilities and have a track record of objectively assessing performance, identifying opportunities and successfully delivering tailored performance improvement strategies.Applicants should have prior Financial Lines claims handling experience and ideally exposure to managing claims staff.
