- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ECF systems
- 10+ years of experience managing third-party claims, especially in the UK, Canada, and Australia
- Expertise in PI, FI, D&O, and Casualty claims
- Experience with Lloyd’s and strong relationships within the insurance market
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal claims requirements

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee delegated responsibilities
