You will need to be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge of clinical negligence or personal injury claims from a legal or insurance background.
The ability to accurately quantify and reserve the claim.
Previous experience of running your own caseload of claims.
Good communication skills. You will need to liaise with medical professionals, experts and lawyers.
Good negotiation skills.
