Liability Claims Technician Needed!

Work Type: Remote
Salary: up to £27k

The Role:

Were looking for a motivated individual to join our Simply Business team. While claims handling experience is ideal, customer service experience will also be considered.

In this role, youll handle commercial property claims and manage European losses, from the first notification through to settlement. Claims will vary in complexity, and well provide all the training and tools to help you grow.

You will have:

  • Good level of education at least to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Previous claims experience is an advantage

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with Customers, Clients and Colleagues

  • The ability to prioritise your workload effectively

  • The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims at the same time as working together as a team

  • The ability to develop and maintain a close working relationship with our customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim

  • Ability to demonstrate understanding and empathy throughout

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Existing or intention to become Cert / Dip CII qualified
