our new company is an established Lloyd's London Market Insurance Broker, renowned for its expertise in marine insurance. Our client, a well-established firm in the heart of the City of London, is seeking a dedicated Marine Hull & Machinery Claims Broker on a 12-month FTC, 2/3 day's week in the office to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis.
Your new role
As a Marine Hull & Machinery Claims Broker, you will be responsible for managing and processing Marine Hull & Machinery claims from cradle to grave. Your role will involve liaising with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective claims handling. You will be working 2-3 days a week in the office, providing expert advice and support to clients while maintaining high standards of service.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you need proven experience in marine hull and machinery claims handling with the Lloyd's Insurance market, a strong knowledge of the Lloyd's London market and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You will need to possess the ability to work independently and, as part of a team, have great attention to detail, strong organisational skills and be proficient in Lloyd's London market Claims Systems.What you will get in return
