We are proud to partner with a very highly regarded and well respected Lloyd’s Syndicate to recruit a Senior Claims Adjuster within their Natural Resources team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a portfolio of claims within the Natural Resources classes of business, including Upstream / Downstream Energy, Mining and Metals, Power, and Renewables.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a portfolio of Natural Resources claims from FNOL to settlement.
- Sharing knowledge with team members and colleagues, helping to foster a collaborative and dynamic working environment for all.
- Deputising for the Claims Manager and other senior claims team members as required.
- Providing specialist knowledge to clients and business to inform better business decisions, and helping clients to prevent and mitigate losses.
- Providing claims thought leadership and insights.
- Working closely (and building strong relationships) with Underwriters and Broker Partners.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience of handling global Natural Resources claims within the London / Lloyd’s Market.
- Account / portfolio management experience.
- Willingness to travel and attend client events.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
