This is a fantastic opportunity to join this well respected insurer based in the City of London. You will be responsible for gathering objective claim data and subjective non-data inputs for the use of the Claims Leadership Team in evaluating the portfolio, driving outcome improvements, and engaging with relevant stakeholders to influence the direction of the business. Works cross functionally to collect data and share insights related to key drivers of portfolio performance. Uses financial, actuarial and claims expertise to develop a data driven story line, ensure alignment and share insights.

It is essential that you have

Understanding of claims case reserving practices.

Ability to drive results by identifying and resolving problems within scope of responsibility.

Ability to effectively influence at all levels of the organization.

Strong mathematical and statistical ability.

Understanding of claims practices and procedures.

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

Appropriate knowledge of all relevant regulatory and legal requirements applicable to the position
