Are you a technical expert with a proven track record in handling a portfolio of Cyber claims? We are seeking a skilled professional who can demonstrate technical excellence in the investigation and management of cradle-to-grave and delegated authority instructions.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Cyber claims, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to service delivery. You will assume responsibility and accountability for the conduct and conclusion of allocated cases, maintaining compliance with client SLA requirements, focusing on productivity and quality.
Your technical expertise within the adjusting arena and understanding of relevant legal principles, statutes, and case law will be critical in this role. Additionally, you will foster strong client relationships through effective managementand business development opportunities.
You will have proven experience within a similar environment specialising in Cyber and/or Tech claims. In addition, you will have a track record in managing key client mandates, have strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.Proficiency in the use of technology for efficient claims management is also required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently and within a team, are essential for this role.
In return, your will receive a salary up to £75,000 + package. This is a desk based opportunity, therefore you can be a remote worker, with travel into the London office for required team or client meetings.
