We are recruiting for an International Insurance business who are looking for a proven Accounts Assistant that will ideally have experience of IBA accounts, within the Insurance sector.
**Our client is keen to arrange virtual interviews with candidates that have accounts experience within the insurance or credit control sectors swiftly**
This permanent role will be hybrid-working, within their impressive office in London City, working 2/3 days in the office per week.
The role:
The salary for this role will be £35,000, plus bonus, excellent benefits, career progression and training.
Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with IBA accounts specifically, providing accounts administrative support for various business units. Working to planned objectives to ensure you deliver an accurate and efficient service to these business units whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
Cash matching, reviewing and authorising bureau delinked transactions, you will also be processing entries onto the group IBA systems.
Reconciling accounts with external high levels clients and insurance markets you will need to resolve any settlement queries swiftly and accurately.
With a focus on being up to date on regulations within the insurance sector you will need to have a pro active approach to working and learning as the role and the business evolves.
The person:
Accounts administration experience, ideally within the Insurance or Credit Control sectors as above with a passion for numbers, supporting businesses, dealing with people at all levels and you will be a real team player!
Ideally you will have accountancy qualifications but this is not essential.
