We are working with a highly regarded firm who truly value their people and are undergoing a period of substantial growth.This role offers great opportunities for longer term progression into the field of Operations, Finance or Human Resources.What you will do:Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining ledgers, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules (SAR) and Anti Money Laundering regulations.
  • Supporting monthly and year-end cashiering duties, SAR audits, and compliance training.
  • Preparing financial reports, billing forecasts, and KPIs for partners.
  • Preparing bills for fee earners, reviewing matter lists and resolving issues.
  • Managing office expenses, supplies, file management, archiving and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Assisting the Partners and Operations team in ensuring smooth office operations.
What you will need:
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role within a legal firm
  • A self-motivated and organised approach to your work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
  • A willingness to "pitch in" and help out wherever is needed
