- Strong understanding of mortgage lending, ideally bridging loans.
- Experience managing a caseload and processing applications efficiently is preferred.
- Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, organized, and able to work on your initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
- Proactive in managing the process, and confident in your approach.
- Experience handling high-volume workflows with excellent prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
