Description:We are seeking an organised Group Risk Administrator to join our team to provide support to Corporate Employee Benefit Consultants and clients! This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional client service and supporting the processing of new and existing employee benefit schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for group risk and healthcare schemes
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and client queries
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
  • Support Consultants with business processes and manage client meetings
  • Manage the renewal and market reviews for existing schemes
  • Assist with project activities to streamline processes

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within group risk or employee benefits
  • Knowledge of Group Life, Income Protection, Critical Illness, and Private Medical Insurance schemes
  • Strong organisational, data management, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
