About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Handler to join a well-established brokerage in North West London. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling a range of commercial insurance products, but particularly Property Owners, Mid to High Net Worth (HNW) risks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team, managing an existing portfolio while also assisting with new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Property Owners, HNW, and Commercial insurance accounts

  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries

  • Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions

  • Negotiate with insurers to obtain competitive terms

  • Ensure all documentation and compliance procedures are completed accurately

  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an insurance account handling role

  • Strong knowledge of Property Owners, Mid to HNW, and Commercial insurance products

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Cert CII or working towards desirably

  • Familiarity with insurance software systems (e.g., Acturis or similar)
