Insurance Assistant - London - Up to £45,000

Hybrid - 4 days in the office / 1 day remote

Wise May are looking for an Insurance Assistant to to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable Insurance company based in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.

My client is a highly regarded Lloyd’s Management Agency who offer excellent career prospects, a supportive working environment and generous company benefits. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their busy operations team, to deliver technical and operational support to the Syndicate Underwriting teams.

Duties include:

- Facilitate accurate analysis, monitoring and reporting of outstanding premium, providing regular MI reporting to key

stakeholders.

- Assist the Operations and Underwriting teams in the processing of bureau market messaging data.

- Monitor data quality and implement data quality improvements.

- Assist with the production of regulatory returns.

- Support credit control processes through data review and query resolution.

- Contribute to the reconciliation of premium settlements to written premium records.

- Monitor and action bureau queries.

Requirements:

- Experience working within the Lloyd’s market, with an understanding of bureau messaging and Syndicate

underwriting models.

- Demonstrable knowledge of Underwriting and Policy Administration Systems.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and MI reporting.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
