This role will suit someone who already has experience in the Lloyd's/London market or a recent graduate/college leaver. You will be keen to learn and willing to study towards a professional qualification (CII or equivalent). This role sits in the Operations department and as Credit Control Assistant you will be assisting in managing credit control and reporting requirements, supporting communication with brokers to chase overdue premiums, manage the Credit Control inbox, ensuring timely broker closings, and contributing to the creation of Management Information (MI). You will maintain clear and regular communication with Brokers, Coverholders, Underwriters and other teams. Strong mathematical, analytical and organisational skills will be required and you will be proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel.
