I am delighted to be assisting my client, a superb Lloyd’s of London business, with a Junior Credit Control vacancy. As the junior credit controller, your role involves analysing credit transactions, cash collection, and monitoring. You’ll manage your own broker portfolio, handling statements, liaising with finance teams, and preparing accurate, timely reports while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Issue monthly broker statements
  • Allocate funds and request closings from brokers
  • Chase debtors via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Escalate aged debt NOC issues
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support collections
  • Review and improve processes for continuous improvement
  • Identify and correct booking errors with the technical team
  • Resolve unallocated cash and provide feedback on misposting

Role Requirements

  • At least one year of Lloyd’s of London experience
  • Skilled in handling large broker account reconciliations
  • Ablility to multitask and meet SLAs
