Your new companyYour new company are an independent Insurance Broker and Wealth & Financial Planning professionals, who offer their clients a friendly, personal, professional and Independent Insurance Broking service based in East London. They offer bespoke advice and service to Business and Private Clients. They provide Commercial, Liability, D&O and Private Clients Insurance including home buildings, contents, valuables and fine art & antiques cover. Due to expansion within the Private clients team, they're looking to recruit a Personal Lines/Private Client Account Handler.Your new roleYour new role as a Personal Lines/Private Client Account Handler means you will be responsible for dealing with MID/HNW clients on household, second home/holiday home, motor and travel insurance. You will provide personal client service, arrange renewals and new business quotes alongside mid-term adjustments. Duties will also include maintaining excellent relationships with clients both high profile and affluent individuals as well as dealing quickly and efficiently with Insurers. Other duties will include preparing and checking documentation.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience as an Account Handler handling personal lines or MID/HNW clients is desirable but not essential. To succeed you will have a can-do attitude, the ability to support colleagues in a close team environment and excellent organisational skills. You will have a desire to develop strong client and insurer relationships. Acturis experience would be helpful.
