An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the dynamic admin team of a fast-growing London-based mortgage brokerage. With a rising number of referrals, they are expanding their protection services and looking for a skilled administrator to provide essential support to a team of Protection Advisors.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with up to 6 Protection Advisors, offering support throughout the entire process—from quotation to policy completion.
  • Varied & Engaging Role: Provide end-to-end service for both new and existing clients, getting involved in everything from market research to the underwriting process.
  • Client & Broker Liaison: Assist with medical arrangements, GP reports, trust forms, and facilitate weekly pipeline meetings with brokers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of work with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Work closely with Protection Providers, underwriters, and clients to support the advisers when needed.
  • Assist with everything from initial application to policy placement, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are kept up to date.
  • Handle important tasks such as arranging medicals, chasing reports, and updating brokers on the status of cases.

What You Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Protection Administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a supportive team environment.
