- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of TOG’s Risk Registers, Risk Mitigation Assessments and other similar logs
- Support the Risk department with ad-hoc tasks such as Risk event investigation and logging
- Complex global travel organisation and diary management
- Build strong client relationships
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within financial services
- Degree educated or a similar level
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, comfortable engaging with senior management and investment teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team player
