This role offers an excellent opportunity to support high-net-worth clients and trust structures in a professional and dynamic environment.

The Role

As a Trust Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Managers and Directors of Rathbones Trust Company Limited, ensuring the efficient administration of client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence, scanning, filing, and data entry.

  • Organise diaries, emails, and travel arrangements.

  • Process client payments and charitable grants.

  • Attend client meetings and take minutes.

  • Handle client and internal queries professionally.

  • Assist with billing, peer reviews, and maintaining records.

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Minimum A-Levels or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience in financial services, legal, or banking environments.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; CCH experience is a plus.
