Billing Clerk

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a global Pharma Tech business who are looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Billings Clerk for 3-6 months with a view to convert this role to a permanent contract.

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Billings Clerk for 3-6 months.

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Positive contact and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc)
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Issue invoices in timely manner and send them to customers through various channels (portal, e-mail etc.)
• Month end close and reports
• Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc
• Answer general questions regarding customer account, billing status, Tax forms, on-boarding.
• Invoice portal upload and maintenance
• Timely resolution of invoice dispute and PO chasing
• AR Inbox management
• Assist in adjustments, customer reconciliations, etc
• Perform customer account research with the ability to analyse and resolve issues
• Supporting Accounts Receivable / Credit Control with ad hoc tasks as required
• As required maintenance of customer details in ERP system, updating information as needed
• Point of contact for Evaluate AR integration into the finance system.
• System: Salesforce and Netsuite

Profile:

The successful temporary Billings Clerk will have at least 2 years experience working within a fast paced and demanding accounts receivable function, have experience using large ERPs and have be able to pick tasks up quickly.

You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is a Pharma Tech firm based in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Billings Clerk clerk for 3-6 months, this role has the potential to covert to a permanent contract.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Billings role will be paying circa £18-£20 per hour (dependant on experience)
