You will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our legal aid services, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage revenue streams for legal aid services.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to optimise revenue processes.
- Maintain compliance with legal and financial regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Legal Aid Experience / experience working in a law firm desirable.
- Proven experience in revenue control, billing, or financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of legal aid services and regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
