Billing Coordinator - 12-month Fixed Term ContractLeading Global Law Firm, Central London (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office) £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata + benefits

An opportunity has been created for a Billing Co-ordinator to provide a comprehensive and commercially focused billing service to the London office. Serving a specific business area this is chance to be involved with the largest and busiest team. The firm is a leading global £multi-billion turnover Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia-PAC markets. They have developed an enviable reputation for outstanding professional services and delivering innovative products & service solutions. Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business delivers challenging assignments for a worldwide blue-chip client base.

Key Responsibilities of the Billing Co-ordinator

  • Drafting / finalising invoices in line with the client specific information
  • Preparing WIP and costs report
  • Actioning write-offs and closures
  • Transferring mis-recorded time
  • Dealing with queries promptly and efficiently, whilst adhering to the firm’s policies and procedures

Skills & Attributes of the Billing Co-ordinator

  • Proven billing support experience is ideal but this could be your first step into the function
  • Experience billing at a law firm, consultancy, or other professional services organisation is highly desirable
  • Strong numeracy and Excel skills ill be tested at interview
  • You will be an organised and efficient individual able to liaise with stakeholders of varying seniority due to your strong communication skills
  • This department has a strong team ethic with demonstrable examples or developing people through the team and into other areas of the firm
