Highly regarded international law firm based in St Pauls is looking for a new Billing Coordinator to join the London office on a permanent basis to support both the London Corporate and Commercial practice groups.

2-3 days office and 3-2 at remote - dependent on busy times

Circa £45,000 DOE on offer plus fantastic benefits

St Pauls

Reporting into the London based Revenue Manager, working in a team of 2, the Billing Coordinator will be responsible for;

  • Matter management including WIP management, liaising with Partners regarding WIP, bill processing and WIP write-offs in line with firm policy
  • Ensuring the compliance of all bills issued with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and VAT Regulations
  • Liaising with the team regarding any client-to-office transfers required to settle outstanding bills
  • Ensuring that matters are set up correctly
  • Carrying out time and cost transfers when requested
  • Resolving any issues that occur during the billing process to avoid significant delays
  • Working with the Finance & Revenue Managers to achieve specific billing targets set by management

Billing Coordinator requirements;

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ current experience working within a billing and revenue focused role, preferably in an international law firm using Elite 3E
  • Strong written, communication and organisation skills
