Boasting over 150 years' worth of experience and more than 3000 employees, my client is seeking a dynamic Billing Coordinator on an 12 month fixed term contract to join their experienced and well supported team of Legal Billers who operate out of the firm's Central London Office. The Billing Coordinator will report into a seasoned Billing Manger who has extensive experience in the firm's processes. Working closely with the Billing manager and other team members the successful Billing Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with various internal departments and senior stakeholders across the business to ensure bills are sent out accurately and in a timely manner. Duties/Responsibilities of the Legal Billing Coordinator路 Manage and maintain the WIP portfolio路 To attend meetings and discuss billing with Partners路 Submit WIP reports to Partners路 Create Invoice/credit notes路 Produce Billing Guides路 Generate SSRS reports路 Client invoice preparation路 E-billing requirements are maintained and met路 Invoices meet company legislation路 Follow up on timesheets by escalating to Partners/Fee earners路 Has a good understanding of the SRA rulesDesired experience of the Legal Billing Coordinator路 Experience working in Billing Coordinator role within the legal sector路 Knowledge using legal finance software e.g Aderant/Elite 路 Strong use of MS packages (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)路 Strong communicator路 Excellent Multitasker 路 Can do attitude 路 Able to work independently 路 Flexible路 Strong team player路 Knowledge using E-billing systemsIf you are an experienced legal biller who is looking to add value to a well recognised firm and learn from some of the best Billers in the market, then this is the role for you!
