We are excited to present an opportunity for a Billing Assistant to join a prestigious global law firm based in London. About the Role:

3 days in/2 from home

In this position, you’ll be working closely with the firm’s legal and support teams to streamline the billing process. Your key responsibilities will include managing timesheet submissions, assisting with invoice preparation, editing bills, and coordinating write-offs and discounts. You’ll also play a vital role in cross-border invoicing and ensuring that billing is aligned with firm policies and client requirements.

You’ll be interacting with both the Revenue Team and Practice Groups to ensure the accurate and timely production of invoices, including pre-bills and final invoices. This role also offers exposure to alternative pricing arrangements, making it a great opportunity to gain experience in billing and accounts management within a leading legal environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in legal administration or a legal finance assistant role.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, deadline-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
