We are seeking a detail-oriented Pay & Bill Specialist for a crucial position at a fast-growing recruitment firm. The successful candidate will have experience within recruitment, managing contractor timesheets & payment, alongside billing clients and reviewing balance sheet and margin reports.

Description

  • Process weekly and monthly contractor payments accurately and on time
  • Produce contractor sales invoices and issue to clients, using online portals where necessary
  • Act as first point of contact for contractor queries, monitoring the mailbox and returning calls.
  • Accurate posting of journals to our accounting software
  • Upload PAYE pension information
  • Maintain contractor margin reports and complete relevant Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Onboard new starters to InTime and maintain contractor records
  • Monitor contractor timesheets and chase approvals where required
  • Assist with queries relating to aged accounts receivables from contractor sales

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in a similar role within recruitment industry
  • Experience maintaining margin reports and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience using InTime or similar time management / scheduling systems
  • Experience using timesheet portals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to develop and grow into owning this function
