Totum Partners are working with a US Law firm as a Revenue Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring clients are billed accurately for services and maintaining complete, precise records. You'll handle day-to-day billing processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, SRA standards, and the firm’s internal policies. Additionally, you’ll communicate with attorneys and clients to resolve any billing-related issues.

The ideal Revenue Controller will be responsible for:

  • Prepare invoices using the 3E billing system
  • Ensure compliance with firm accounting policies
  • Generate WIP/AR reports and arrange review meetings with Partners
  • Process time/cost transfers, narrative changes, write-offs, and credit notes
  • Manage e-billing across various platforms
  • Assist with the distribution of invoices
  • Produce monthly forecasting reports
  • Close matters when WIP is no longer recorded
  • Build relationships with clients and manage billing-related queries
  • Support global finance initiatives and help drive cash flow and profitability

The ideal Revenue Controller will have:

  • Extensive Billing experience
  • Experience using 3E
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work proactive
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
