What you’ll do:

Act as the operations SME on client projects, advising on business processes across underwriting, underwriting support, and claims

Bring real-world London Market knowledge to our team—helping translate complex operations into successful change and technology initiatives

Partner with consultants, technologists, and clients to shape solutions rooted in true business practice

Use your expertise to improve workflows, identify pain points, and design better operational models

Train and guide teams on specialty market processes and best practices
What we’re looking for:

Hands-on operational experience in the London Market (underwriting, underwriting support, or claims)
