Key Responsibilities:
路Oversee and manage the monitoring, reporting, and processing controls for underwriting operations.
路Collaborate closely with the Head of Underwriting Operations to guide and coach the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
路Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track and report on underwriting performance and operational metrics.
路Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and controls.
