The role will best suit a highly self-motivated, naturally driven insurance professional who is a high-performing, go-getting all-rounder who is happy to roll your sleeves up to get the job done. Ideally, candidates should be experienced in Acturis systems, and have a broad range of commercial insurance experience. If you have great management potential, you will get excellent support to explore team leadership opportunities, including a solid career development plan. To be successful, you’ll need to bring outstanding communication skills, polished delivery and client-focused service ethos.
The role
The role will best suit a highly self-motivated, naturally driven insurance professional who works as brilliantly autonomously as with a team.
You will work with warm new business leads; the successful candidates will bring a proven ability to forge and enhance relationships. Leveraging these relationships, you’ll develop qualified leads, as well as nurture your growing rapport with dealerships and sales consultants to foster new referrals. You’ll also have the chance to help cross-sell the growing aspects of the business specialising in Commercial Insurance.

What you'll do:
The successful candidates will bring a proven ability to forge and enhance commercial relationships with introducers and clients, requiring nothing short of excellence in every aspect of service delivery. This role will have elements of both forging new business, growing your book and supporting your clients with the renewal process, maintaining relationships with clients, introducers and insurers.
