We are representing a UK-based insurance provider who is on the cusp of undergoing large amounts of transformation across the business. This is a critical time for them to deliver multiple projects in a short space of time.

As the Digital Delivery Lead, you will manage multiple Product Owners and their teams - Quote & Buy, Claims, Renewals, My Account. You will be responsible for the priority management, customer journey optimisation, and oversee the development of digital platforms and enhancement of customer journeys.

We are looking for:

• Extensive experience in project/delivery management roles
• Previous experience with digital platforms and customer journey projects
• Strong stakeholder management experience

It would be a bonus if you had:

• Prior experience in the insurance or retail/E-commerce industry
