Our client, a well established Lloyd's Managing General Underwriter, are looking to recruit a High Net Worth Trading Underwriter who will be tasked with managing and developing a book of new business and broker relationships, focusing on opportunities and trading. You will also maintain broker relationships by offering a high level of customer service and work closely and effectively with the team to ensure that all new business submissions are completed within SLA’s. You will underwrite new business submissions from your panel of brokers for Mid/High Net Worth individuals, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards, evaluating risks and determining appropriate coverage and pricing for high value homes, jewellery, and fine art.
Candidates will be expected to have a proven track record in underwriting HNW risks (Buildings, Contents & Valuables) as well as good relationship building skills and a strong team player ethos.
This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in the office (London - City) and two working from home.
