Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: London/South East
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + company vehicle, fuel card, mobile, laptop/tablet, private pension and 25 days holiday (excluding statutory days)

Due to ongoing growth within our Maintenance Division, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor ready to take their next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake site-based risk assessment surveys in line with ACoP L8 & HSG274
- Prepare and produce high-quality reports for clients within specified time frames
- Produce detailed bespoke schematic drawings
- Draw up a written scheme of control
- Work to the highest standards for Health & Safety
- LCA Accreditations
- Delivering Legionella Awareness Training
About You
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Hold WMSoc or C&G in Legionella Risk Assessments
- Process systems knowledge and experience would be a distinct advantage
- Ideally based South of the River, although candidates outside of this area will be considered
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS
