Personal Lines Underwriter

Large global insurance group have an opportunity in its personal lines division for an experienced underwriter with a strong household underwriting background - knowledge of pet products and underwriting also desirable.UK driven personal lines account, with strong delegated / facilities presence.Requires household underwriting expertise (mid net worth) and a pet understanding would be beneficial. Working closely with the portfolio management team and dedicated pricing actuaries who work specifically on facility / scheme business.Due to the portfolio aspect of the role, this candidate should have strong MI reporting capabilities, advanced excel and used to creating and managing reports.Responsible for reviewing the portfolio and overseeing the the business planning and development of the business. There will be a lot of relationship management, someone who enjoys this aspect is essential.Really super role for a personal lines underwriting specialist who wants to move into a more corporate and business focused underwriting opportunity.
