**AVP** Minimum of five years’ experience in professional liability or related roles.

**VP** At least 10 years’ experience, with extensive professional liability expertise required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Execute underwriting strategies across a diverse professional liability portfolio.

- Develop and expand business globally, with a focus on both US and international markets.

- Identify distribution channels, develop new products, and build strong relationships.

- Analyze risks, set pricing, and conduct thorough policy reviews.

- Underwrite in line with business plans and established guidelines.

- Engage with intermediaries and clients, with some travel required.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
