Integration Engineer (Oracle POS/PMS) - Remote

Role Overview:Our client, a leading company in the payments sector, is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer (Oracle POS/PMS) to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and supporting Oracle Opera and Simphony products with their payment solutions. You will play a critical role in validating integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting both pilot and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the integration, testing, and validation of Oracle Opera and Simphony products with payment solutions.
  • Maintain UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments to ensure smooth testing and validation.
  • Create user documentation and provide detailed reports on integration processes.
  • Support pilot and production teams, ensuring smooth deployment of solutions.
  • Engage in technical discussions with internal teams and stakeholders to address issues and improve integration processes.
  • Validate and deploy new features to ensure they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Train internal team members on the integration process and technical aspects of the system.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: At least 4 years in a technical payments function, with a strong background in Oracle Opera, Simphony, and related products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Pax Suite, MDM MaxStore, and Oracle certifications is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Technical Skills: A solid understanding of web services and APIs, particularly within the payments industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and dynamic priorities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities based on business needs.
