Business Intelligence Officer

***This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract position. Your main responsibilities will include gathering and managing data from various sources, analysing complex datasets to uncover trends, and developing insightful dashboards and reports. You'll work closely with IT, Operations, and Central Services Teams, as well as external consultants, to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights that support business strategies.What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as SQL and data visualisation techniques.
• Around 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
• A methodical and logical approach to work.
• Confidence, hard work, high motivation, and enthusiasm.
