As Change Communications Lead you will lead strategic change communications acrossthe brand.

Following the launch of a new business strategy, you'll be part of the internal communications team and work closely with other teams, including the PMO to create and deliver effective change communications for our top strategic priorities. This will ensure a consistent firmwide approach to how we communicate the change agenda to our people.

Role responsibilities:Build on and deliver the strategic change communications approach for the brand's transformation agenda aligned to our business strategyCollaborate with the Internal Communications team, Ops PMO and Programme Sponsors, to embed a joined-up change communications approach, ensuring that the change communications strategy consistently supports the business strategy and requirementsDefine /refresh the key messages and strategic narrative in support of the transformation priorities, to drive consistent and compelling communications across the organisationEnable a culture of collaboration and establish behaviours to support business changePromote continuous improvement by integrating communication successes and lessons learned.

Profile

Person Specification:

  • Experienced and proactive change and communications professional, with proven expertise in leading and delivering complex change programmes
  • Established expertise employee communications across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into engaging communications
  • Ability to influence senior leaders
  • Project management experience to deliver work on time and to budget
  • Expert in crafting multi-channel communications programmes
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of best-practice communication tools, technologies and approaches, including social media
  • Strong editorial skills.
