Job Responsibilities/Skills Required

Support the projects team with their global Finance Transformation/Change project by executing the programme change plan across the business.

Draft communication outputs (emails, newsletter, in-office comms posters, notifications etc) in line with the Transformation implementation plan
Organize and create content for the Finance SharePoint site
Manage forward calendar of engagement sessions to ensure project sponsors are aware of upcoming engagement activities
Support with development of training materials
Support with maintaining organization charts and stakeholder maps
Provide regular updates to project team to input to project planning and status

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based. This is an OUTSIDE IR35 contract opportunity.
