Communications Senior Executive

Our client a law firm based in the City of London are recruiting for a Communications Senior Executive to play a key role in managing the firm's day-to-day communications across its intranet and social media channels. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, this role works closely with the Communications team, the wider Marketing & Business Development team, and key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Manage the news page on the firm’s intranet, including content planning, drafting, and reviewing.
- Identify and develop stories that showcase the firm’s strategy, client initiatives, internal collaboration, and values.
- Produce the monthly London office newsletter.
- Oversee the firm’s PC lock screens and email signature banners, ensuring a consistent content pipeline.
- Provide communications support across the business as needed.
Social Media
- Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, including content planning, drafting, and reviewing.
- Proactively source and develop engaging social media content that highlights the firm’s expertise and values.
- Provide LinkedIn training and support for employees.
Content Marketing
- Oversee the firm’s quarterly Sustainability and Alumni magazines, liaising with an external copywriter.
Legal Directories
- Manage the firm’s profiles in Chambers and The Legal 500.
- Produce reports detailing the firm’s rankings and commentary when new editions are released.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a communications role.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred but not essential.
