Communications Senior Executive

Our client a law firm based in the City of London are recruiting for a Communications Senior Executive to play a key role in managing the firm's day-to-day communications across its intranet and social media channels. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, this role works closely with the Communications team, the wider Marketing & Business Development team, and key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Manage the news page on the firm’s intranet, including content planning, drafting, and reviewing.
  • Identify and develop stories that showcase the firm’s strategy, client initiatives, internal collaboration, and values.
  • Produce the monthly London office newsletter.
  • Oversee the firm’s PC lock screens and email signature banners, ensuring a consistent content pipeline.
  • Provide communications support across the business as needed.

Social Media

  • Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, including content planning, drafting, and reviewing.
  • Proactively source and develop engaging social media content that highlights the firm’s expertise and values.
  • Provide LinkedIn training and support for employees.

Content Marketing

  • Oversee the firm’s quarterly Sustainability and Alumni magazines, liaising with an external copywriter.

Legal Directories

  • Manage the firm’s profiles in Chambers and The Legal 500.
  • Produce reports detailing the firm’s rankings and commentary when new editions are released.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a communications role.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred but not essential.
